The storage system is monitored by thermocouples. When the selected temperature is reached (red 68 °, green 93 ° or 110 °, blue 141 °) the storage containers are flooded with the cooling medium by a CO2 release system.
 
The storage vessels are equipped with removable lids, which are fixed with tension locks.
